TruckYou uses a one-time password (OTP) system for login — there is no password to remember or manage. Every time you sign in, you receive a fresh OTP on your registered mobile number, which you enter to access your account. This approach keeps your account secure and your login process simple.

How OTP login works

Enter your mobile number

Open the TruckYou app and enter the mobile number you registered with. Make sure it is the same number linked to your account.

Receive your OTP via SMS

TruckYou sends a one-time password to your mobile number via SMS. This typically arrives within a few seconds.

Enter the OTP

Type the OTP into the verification field in the app. OTPs are time-sensitive — if yours expires before you enter it, tap Resend OTP to request a new one.

Access granted

Once the OTP is verified, you are logged in and can start creating or managing shipments.
OTPs expire after a short time. If your OTP has expired before you enter it, request a new one using the Resend OTP option on the login screen.

Keeping your account secure

Follow these practices to protect your TruckYou account:
  • Never share your OTP. TruckYou will never ask you for your OTP over a call, email, or chat. If someone requests it, treat it as a fraud attempt.
  • Keep your mobile number active. Your registered mobile number is your only means of login. If it becomes unreachable, you will not be able to access your account.
  • Log out after use on shared devices. If you use the app on a device that others can access, always log out when you are done.
  • Update your number promptly. If your mobile number changes, contact TruckYou support to update it before you lose access to the old number.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. Keep your OTP confidential and do not allow others to log in on your behalf. TruckYou may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be misused, used for unlawful purposes, or associated with false registration information.
