TruckYou uses the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage shipment requests

  • Provide real-time shipment tracking and status updates
  • Generate and store invoices
  • Store and display Proof of Pickup (POP) and Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Improve app performance and user experience
  • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
Location access is used differently depending on which TruckYou app you are using:Shipper App Location data is used to help you select accurate pickup and drop addresses through the integrated Google Maps feature. You can use this manually without continuous background access.Driver App GPS access is required to enable real-time shipment tracking. During active shipments, the Driver App tracks location in the background so shippers can monitor delivery progress. Background location tracking is only active while a shipment is in progress.You can withdraw your consent to location access at any time through your device settings. Note that disabling location access may limit certain features, particularly real-time tracking.
All payment transactions on TruckYou are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TruckYou does not store, access, or process your card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking details, or any other sensitive financial information. For details on how Razorpay handles your payment data, refer to Razorpay’s own privacy policy.
TruckYou does not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. We may also retain certain information for longer periods where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

TruckYou is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
TruckYou is a B2B logistics platform intended for use by businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@truckyou.in and we will take steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of TruckYou after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
