These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TruckYou platform, operated by 4SMO Logistics PVT LTD. By creating an account or using TruckYou, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Effective date: 06-03-2026
TruckYou gives you access to the following logistics services:
  • Create shipment requests — Submit pickup and delivery requests with product details
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries — Arrange collection and drop-off at your specified locations
  • Track shipment status — Monitor your shipments in real time from pickup to delivery
  • Make secure payments — Pay for services through integrated Razorpay payment processing
  • Access shipment documents — View and download invoices, Proof of Pickup (POP), and Proof of Delivery (POD)
TruckYou reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
When using TruckYou, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate information. All contact details, pickup addresses, delivery addresses, and shipment information you submit must be correct and up to date. Errors due to incorrect information are your responsibility.
  • Use the platform lawfully. You may only use TruckYou for legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable Indian law.
  • Ship only permitted goods. You must not submit shipments containing prohibited or restricted items (see the prohibited items section below).
  • Pack shipments properly. You are responsible for ensuring that goods are adequately packaged to withstand transit. TruckYou is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging.
  • Maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share your OTP or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Register with valid information. Providing false information during registration may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Shipment charges are calculated based on:
  • Weight of the shipment
  • Distance between pickup and delivery locations
  • Service type selected
All payments are processed through Razorpay. TruckYou does not store your card numbers, bank account details, or any other sensitive payment credentials.If a payment fails, your shipment request may be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available and that payment details are valid before confirming a shipment.Pricing is subject to change. Applicable charges will always be displayed to you before you confirm a shipment request.
TruckYou may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
  • Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration or shipment creation
  • Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to misuse, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its services
In the event of termination, any pending shipments will be handled at TruckYou’s discretion and you will be notified where possible.
TruckYou is not liable for:
  • Delays caused by external factors such as traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, or civil disruptions
  • Loss or damage resulting from incorrect shipment details provided by you
  • Loss or damage caused by improper or inadequate packaging
  • Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Events beyond TruckYou’s reasonable control (force majeure)
TruckYou’s liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the shipment charges paid for the affected shipment. TruckYou does not accept liability for consequential, indirect, or special losses.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of TruckYou shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us first at info@truckyou.in so we can work toward a resolution.
TruckYou may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Prohibited items

You must not ship any of the following items through TruckYou. Attempting to do so may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
  • Illegal goods of any kind
  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable substances, toxic goods)
  • Explosives, ammunition, or dangerous substances
  • Restricted or government-controlled items requiring special permits or licences
If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, contact us before submitting a shipment request.
