Every shipment on TruckYou moves through a clear, coordinated workflow shared across three roles: the shipper who needs goods moved, the trucker who owns and manages the vehicles, and the driver who executes the delivery. Here is how it all fits together.

The shipment workflow

Shipper posts a shipment

The shipper opens the Shipper app, enters the pickup location, delivery destination, cargo details, and preferred timing. The request is submitted to the TruckYou network.

Trucker accepts and assigns

A truck owner or fleet operator receives the request in the Trucker app. They review the details, accept the shipment, and assign an available truck and driver to the job.

Driver picks up the cargo

The assigned driver travels to the pickup location. On arrival, they confirm the pickup in the Driver app and capture Proof of Pickup (POP), which is shared with the shipper automatically.

Driver delivers and confirms

The driver completes the journey and delivers the goods. They confirm delivery in the app and capture Proof of Delivery (POD). The shipper receives a notification and can download the POD and invoice.

Payment is released

Once delivery is confirmed, payment is processed through Razorpay. TruckYou does not store card or payment details — all transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.
Real-time GPS tracking is active throughout the journey. Shippers can follow the truck’s live location from the moment the driver departs until the goods are delivered. No calls needed — the app shows you exactly where your shipment is.

As a shipper, your experience on TruckYou covers four key moments:1. Create the shipment Enter pickup and drop-off locations, cargo type, weight, and timing. Submit the request — a trucker will accept and assign a driver.2. Track in real time Once the driver is assigned and the pickup is confirmed, your shipment appears on a live map. You can check its status at any time without calling anyone.3. Receive proof documents You get automatic notifications when pickup and delivery are confirmed. Download your Proof of Pickup, Proof of Delivery, and invoice directly from the app.4. Pay securely Payment is processed via Razorpay after delivery is confirmed. No hidden fees — you see the full cost before you confirm the shipment.
